Interesting Facts

The Museum constantly hosts exhibitions, exhibits a wide variety of collections. The staff provides visitors with guided tours of both the Museum's permanent exhibition and its temporary exhibitions.
Educational programs have been prepared for the guests of the Museum. One of them is "Reading a picture with children". The program is based on the principle of "do as I do": the guide clearly shows and tells how to describe the picture, and then the children themselves try to describe the picture in a playful way – already another one. Children work in teams, coming up with questions for each other, performing logical tasks and guessing riddles about the objects depicted by the artist on the canvas.
For those who can not visit the Museum in person, the site has created virtual tours of the Museum and separately on the exhibition "Orenburg down scarf".
